The Logitech MeetUp Dubai 4K ConferenceCam + Expansion Mic Bundle, available in Dubai from Logitech, combines a dedicated external microphone with the MeetUp system, extending the range for meeting participants to speak from distances of up to 14 feet. While the built-in microphone of the MeetUp camera has an 8-foot pickup range, this bundle enables conferences in larger spaces. The MeetUp ConferenceCam is an all-in-one system capable of capturing video up to 1080p30 when connected to a USB 2.0 port and up to UHD 4K/30 when plugged into a USB 3.0 port using an optional USB 3.0 cable.

This bundle is compatible with both Mac and Windows systems and supports a wide range of popular conferencing applications, including Skype for Business. It also seamlessly integrates with Logitech Collaboration Program (LCP) members, such as BlueJeans, Broadsoft, LifeSize Cloud, Vidyo, and Zoom. Control functions like pan, tilt, and answer/hang-up can be managed using the included remote control or through an iOS/Android app. The MeetUp can be mounted on a wall or desktop using the provided hardware, or positioned above or below a display using an optional TV mount. The camera features a 120° lens with 5x zoom, capturing a wide field of view that keeps all subjects in focus without distorting the image. It records video up to 1080p via USB 2.0 and up to 4K UHD video at 30 fps with a separately available USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 cable.

You can control various functions like pan, tilt, zoom, volume, mute, and answer/hang-up using the included RF remote control or the ConferenceCam Soft Remote app for Android and iOS via Bluetooth. Additionally, you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to utilize the MeetUp speaker for rich and clear sound. If you need to cover a larger room, the optional Expansion Mic for MeetUp can be added to extend your audio capture range to 14 feet. The microphone features include a low-distortion algorithm, background noise reduction, and echo cancellation. The built-in speaker ensures clear audio with peak-limiting to prevent clipping.

The MeetUp connects to a macOS or Windows computer via plug-and-play USB and supports numerous conferencing applications such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Cortana, Cisco Jabber, and WebEx. It also integrates with Logitech Collaboration Program (LCP) members, which include BlueJeans, Broadsoft, LifeSize Cloud, Vidyo, and Zoom. You can mount your MeetUp on a table or wall with the included wall mount, or an optional TV mount can be purchased to mount above or below a wall-mounted flat-panel TV with standard VESA mounts. A built-in Kensington security slot allows you to lock down your MeetUp when not in use. The unit also comes with a 16′ USB cable and power adapter.
