The Tplink TL-SG3210 Dubai JetStream 8-Port Gigabit L2 Managed Switch with 2 SFP Slots is designed to simplify the setup, configuration, and management of your network. This JetStream Switch comes equipped with a robust set of security features, including IP-MAC-Port-VID Binding, ACL, Port Security, DoS Defense, Storm Control, DHCP Snooping, 802.1X Authentication, and Radius authentication, ensuring the security of your network and providing you with peace of mind.
Among the Layer 2 functionalities integrated into the Tplink TL-SG3210 Dubai, you’ll find link aggregation, 4K VLAN, port isolation, and IGMP snooping. Link aggregation allows for parallel connections to increase throughput beyond the capacity of a single connection and offers redundancy in case one link fails. Port isolation enables direct data link layer communication between nodes, facilitating direct communication with a specific node. Lastly, IGMP snooping involves the monitoring of Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) network traffic, allowing the network switch to listen in on the IGMP conversation between hosts and routers.
